Work we have recently undertaken

Following a small puddle appearing in a clients drive we investigated and found an old soakaway that was blocked with soil and debris. We removed this and replaced it with a new soakaway cage and stones, along with renewing the feed pipes from the downspout, and replaced the gravel drive so you could not see we had been there. Puddle problem solved before it got anywhere near the house.

Gutter clearing – one of those tasks that most people ‘will do tomorrow’ The perennial late autumn job – gutter clearing – we produced 3 buckets of leaves and debris, and a real ‘blocker’ of gutters – MOSS. The moss that birds are forever flicking up looking for food. Our work ensured the house was not affected by the next major downpour.

There is nothing worse than a sudden damp patch in a bedroom. Even worse when you can’t find what is causing it. Oakleigh personnel donned their ‘Sherlock Holmes’ hats and finally found a loose tile above an area of damaged roofing felt that was allowing that drip-drip to get through. SORTED!
